This toolkit supports employers in responding to the suicide of an employee, whether the death occurs inside or outside the workplace. It provides structured guidance on communication, staff support, leadership responsibilities, and organisational recovery.
World Suicide Prevention Day - 10 September
Many organisations highlight suicide awareness resources around World Suicide Prevention Day which falls on 10 September each year. Each year, the International Association for Suicide Prevention announces a theme and shares resources that can be used to support messaging.
Mental Health Awareness Week - May
Mental Health Awareness Week takes place in May and can be an opportunity to highlight a wide range of mental health resources including the ZSA training.
